  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Only defective/wrong products are eligible for return
    • Only products purchased directly from are eligible for return.
    • Customers must initiate the return process within [ 7 ] days from the date of receiving the goods.
    • In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email usa photo of the damaged product with the Bar Code within 48 hours of receiving your order
  2. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, customers are required to contact our customer support team @ +91-730-5297673 and provide the following information: order number, product details, reason for return, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos in case of damaged items).
    • Our customer support team will guide customers through the return process and provide any necessary instructions.
    • Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs
  3. Return Conditions:
    • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
    • We reserve the right to refuse returns or deduct if the returned products do not meet the above conditions.
    • Restocking Fee
      • For Products worth < $150, re-stocking fee = $9 per product
      • For Products in $150 - $299 price range, re-stocking fee = $15 per product
      • For Products worth > $300, re-stocking fee = $20 per product
  4. Refund or Exchange:
    • Jaypore does not work with exchange policies, however, once the returned products are received and inspected, we will process the refund, as per the customer's preference.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  5. Non-Returnable Items:
    • due to hygiene or regulatory reasons, we will clearly mention any non-returnable items on our website.
  6. Customs and Duties:
    • Please note that any customs and duties, or fees incurred during the return shipping process are the responsibility of the customer.

The price mentioned hereinabove is exclusive of custom duties 7 taxes that might be applicable based on the delivery location. In addition, the customer may be required to pay an additional amount towards disbursement fee based on the delivery location to the courier partner to get the shipment cleared from customs on customer’s behalf. The amount will be calculated and included at the time of final invoice issued to the customer by the courier partner & the same is payable to the courier partner immediately at the time of delivery.
