Delivery Details for USA

Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.

1. We ship only to physical shipping addresses within the contiguous United States. We ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Aramex . Jaypore does not ship to any PO Boxes or APO / FPO addresses.

1. The price mentioned above is exclusive of US custom duties. In addition, the customer may be required to pay an additional amount towards (A disbursement fee is an additional charge from a LSP to cover payments made on behalf of their clients. For example, a courier service may pay the duty and taxes for a package on behalf of a customer, then charge a disbursement fee to cover those payments) based on the delivery location to the courier partner to get the shipment cleared from customs on customer's behalf. The amount will be calculated and included at the time of final invoice issued to the customer by the courier partner and the same is payable to the courier partner immediately at the time of delivery.

1. Your purchases may reach you from various locations in more than one package.

1. Because each craftsman and artisan's process is unique, timeline for shipping may vary.

1. Delivery time is also subject to factors beyond our reasonable control including weather conditions/ epidemic or pandemic related restrictions/ strikes/natural calamities/similar events.

1. Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible before shipping if new location is within the same state. Any cancellation request will be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

1. As soon as your package is shipped, we will email you with your package tracking information. 

Customs:

• All of our products are manufactured and shipped from India in order to ensure the highest quality.
• Please note the orders above the price mentioned hereinabove is exclusive of customs, duties & taxes that might be applicable based on the delivery location.
• In addition, the customer may be required to pay an additional amount towards the disbursement fee based on the delivery location to the courier partner to get the shipment cleared from customs on the customer’s behalf. The amount will be calculated and included at the time of the final invoice issued to the customer by the courier partner & the same is payable to the courier partner immediately at the time of delivery.

Note: This information is required for shipments/orders for $800 & above, as the customer will be charged a VAT of 5% + disbursement fee (as stated above).
